We are presently taking new registrations for Pre-K-8. We have provided sufficient reminders to our present families to re-register so that you can secure a place within the school for 08-09. If you have not returned your re-registration form by now, we assume you will not be returning therefore the space will be filled by a new family.
Please contact Sr. Paula or Mr. Cafagna if you are still interested and we can help you with your re-registration decision.
SMART TUITION AID ANALYSIS(STAA)
We are repeating the information for families to apply for tuition assistance. Please review the information below and be aware of the March 15 date.
Decisions regarding amounts allocated to families who have apply and qualify will not be determined until the budget has been submitted and approved. Once we have a report from STAA regarding the families who have applied we will notify families to indicate that their application has been received but the assistance award will not be determined and communicated until late June or early July.
The diocesan "need based assistance/cost based tuition" program is scheduled to begin implementation during the 2009-2010 school year with tuition set at 75% of cost in the first year, 87.5% in the second year, and moving to 100% in the 2011-1012 school year. When the program is implemented, a tuition assistance pool will be funded by parishes, through the diocese, and administered by the school to assist families that need help in paying tuition. For the 2008-2009 school year, tuition assistance will be administered and funded through the school budget as in the past.
SMART Tuition Aide Analysis has been selected by our school to conduct financial need assessments for families that need assistance in paying tuition. The application deadline is March 15, 2008.
If you would like to apply for tuition assistance, the applications are available from the school administrator, but we encourage you to apply online at
http://www.smarttuitionaid.com/ for faster service. If you have any questions, you may call tool-free at 1.888.210.4852, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Central Time. You may also contact SMART Tuition Aid Analysis through email at

Beginning in the 2008-09 school year, new students and students who will need a new uniform will be required to purchase the new uniform. All other students will continue to wear their respective school uniforms until the time when a new uniform will be needed. The school year 2009-2010 will be the year when all students will be in the new uniform.
We would like one aspect of the uniform to be the same for everyone for the opening of the new school; therefore the decision was made to have everyone acquire the new gym uniform beginning in 2008-2009 school year.
